2024 Championship Weekend

Season 5 of SWOLL in the books!

It was another great season. Thank you to all of the players, fans, parents girlfriends, referees, time keepers and our sponsors; CM Exteriors, Lockerhooks, Sportssjef software, and ZRW Waterproofing!

In the early game, the 2nd place Falcons took on the 4th place Polars. The Falcons came into this game after two big losses including an 8-2 loss to these Polars. The Polars fell just short of their storybook season after a strong late push to the season.

However it seems that many of the Polars didn't get the memo on the prestige of winning the MegaBowl! So they were short manned early.

The Falcons came out swinging and didn't hold back. 6-0 after one, 10-1 after two and 12-6 final.

In the late game, the Snell cup on the line. Muskies had been dominant in their final games and the Ducks battled out close wins including a comeback shootout against the Falcons in the last game of the season.

The first period was back and forth until the Muskies pulled away late. 6-2 after one.

The second period saw the Ducks offence starting to light up for 4 goals in the frame, however the Muskies kept rolling, putting in 6 of their own. 12-6 after two. 
Which proved to be too much to overcome for the Ducks. The Muskies take the Snell cup 15-8.

Congratulations to Cam Coughlin for his championship win in his innagueral season as a captain. Congratulations to the rest of the Muskies for a stellar season.

Looking forward to seeing everyone back for SWOLL Season 6 in 2025.
