2025 Championship Weekend

Championship weekend is always a great time! Amazing to see so many friends and family out to watch the boys battle in the last winter lacrosse game of the year.

GAME 1 - THE MEGABOWL - MUSKIES VS FALCONS

The Falcons arrived to see that they would be without captain Taylor Best in their biggest game of the season. Similarly the Muskies find themselves short benched without the high scoring Campbell brothers.

The Falcons raced out and score in the first 15 seconds of the game. The Muskies took that personally... rattling off a 7-1 run. 8-2 going into the second period. Both teams potted 2 goals in the second period. 10-4 going into the third. Muskies receiving great goaltending from Jack Baird.

The third period saw the falcons claw back, bringing the game to within one goal! But the Muskies scored a few retaliation goals and buried the game with a late goal from the offensive standouts James MacKey (5g) & Eric Poirier (6g). Empty netter seals it! 13-10 Final.

GAME 2 - THE SNELL CHAMPIONSHIP - POLARS VS WOLVES

Electricity in the air to start this one! It was the Wolves who caught the Polars sleeping to start the game. Ripping into them with an early 4-1 lead. Polars quickly realized what was at stake and fired back.  First period would end 4-3. We got ourselves a game.

The Polars smashed into the second period scoring 8 goals to the Wolves 4. Lots of penalties created a lot of opportunity. Polars capitalized.

The 3rd period saw the wolves continue to fall short, and the Polars kept cruising. Final score POLARS 15 - 10 WOLVES
