Week 1 2024

Thanks for everyone who came out to play and watch SWOLL Week 1. The first week definitely had some rust out there. The result were two very evenly contested games.
The Ducks and Polars kicked things off, going back and forth, resulting in a tie after 60 minutes. The 3 player shootout also didn't solve anything, moving to sudden death and round 6 before the Polars took the shootout win.
In game 2, the Falcons took an early lead before the Polars crawled back to tie it up after 1. The second period saw the Falcons pull away, finishing the frame with a 3 goal lead. The Polars dominated the third period though and ended up taking the game by a 2 goal margin.
Looking forward to another great SWOLL Season!
