4 Teams, re-drafted every year.

76 Runners + 8 Goalies (sell out quickly).

Ages 16-50+ Moderate skill level recommended.

Refund Policy

If your plans change and you aren't able to play anymore. Reach out via the ContactUs page to let us know. We accumulate a waitlist each year. If we are able to backfill your spot, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be accepted after the league draft (typically in November)

December = Live streamed Draft. We may be able to schedule in an exhibition or two.

December - February = Every Wednesday Night for 9 regular season games. (each team plays 1 game per week).

1st Sunday in March = SWOLL Championship Day.
